Shipping policy
Comme des enfants offers you two options when buying online:
IN-STORE PICKUP:
The free “Pickup in store” option ensures that your purchase will be reserved for you and allows you to come to the store when time allows to collect your order with the added bonus of a smile from one of us!
1- If you require gift wrapping or any other comments, please indicate this in the "special ordering instructions" section of your cart.
2- We will notify you by email when your order is ready to be picked up (1-2 business days)
3- Then, you will just have to come and collect everything during our opening hours at 901 Marie-Anne Est, we will be happy to see you!
DELIVERY:
We are happy to deliver your purchases directly to your door, whether you live in Mascouche, Tokyo, or elsewhere in the world!
1- For special instructions, such as a note to attach to the package or a more festive package, a “special ordering instructions” section is available in your basket.
2- We use Canada Post rates and different shipping options. You can select the option that suits you during checkout.

Due to the Canada Post strike, we are currently using alternative delivery options. These will be proposed to you when you place your order and indicate your address when you check out. Thank you for your patience and flexibility during this unusual period.
3- Once the order has been placed, Comme des enfants prepares it with care. You must therefore allow us one or two working days to make the package. You will then receive a shipping confirmation as well as the tracking number of your package by email.
4- Once the package has been sent, delivery times vary depending on the shipping option chosen: you can follow its progress via the Canada Post website.
FURTHER INFORMATION:
We love our planet very much! This is why our packaging is made from recycled cardboard, trying to limit overpackaging and waste as much as possible (while ensuring the safety of your purchases, of course!)
Comme des enfants ideally uses tracking shipping services but we understand that some customers prefer to reduce their costs and select a shipping option without a tracking number. It is then your responsibility to follow up directly with Canada Post in the event of delay or non-delivery of your package. Please also note that these no-tracking options also do not include insurance.
Please note that Comme des enfants cannot be held responsible for packages lost, damaged or delayed by Canada Post and that customs fees and other taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Some items have non-standard dimensions and may require additional shipping charges. If needed, we will contact you after your purchase to inform you.
