- DO NOT PUT IN THE WASHER OR DRYER. This would destroy your puppet. Our plush puppets are surface washable only. Do not immerse the puppet in water. For spot cleaning, use warm water and a sponge with Woolite® or other mild liquid detergent to wet and lather the fur. Rinse the surface with the sponge. Be careful not to twist or twist the puppet, as you may end up with lumpy stuffing. Dry the puppet by gently pressing it between two towels or hanging it on a clothesline to dry. Once the puppet is dry, shake it. For short-haired fluff, use a brush to ruffle the fur. When brushing the face, be careful not to scratch the eyes or pull the threads around the ears, nose, or mouth.
