Shipping policy

 

 

Comme des enfants offers you two options when buying online:

IN-STORE PICKUP:

The free "in-store pickup" option ensures that your purchase will be put aside for you and allows you to come visit us at the store to pick it up whenever the time is best for you.

1- If you would like a gift wrapping or for any further comment, let us know using the "special instructions" section of your shopping cart

2- We will notify you by email when your order is ready for pick-up (1-2 business days)

3- Then, you can simply come pick it up during our opening hours at 901 Marie-Anne Est. We will be happy to see you!

 

SHIPPING:

We are delighted to deliver your purchases directly to your door, whether you live in Laval, Tokyo, or anywhere else in the world!

1- For special indications, such as a note to enclose to the package or a gift wrapping, a "special instructions" section is available in your shopping cart.

2- We use the rates and shipping options of Canada Post, Chasseurs Courrier and DHL. You can select the option that suits you the best when you proceed to the checkout.

3- Once the order is placed, Comme des enfants prepares it with care. We must therefore allow one or two working days to process the package. You will then receive a confirmation of shipment and the tracking number of your package by email.

4- Once the package is sent, delivery times vary depending on the shipping option chosen: You can track the progress of your package via the transporter's website.

FURTHER INFORMATION:

We love our planet very much! This is why our packaging is made of recycled cardboard, and we try to limit overwrapping and waste as much as possible (while ensuring the safety of your purchases, of course!)

Comme des enfants ideally uses shipping services with tracking numbers. If you would like to order without a tracking number, please contact us.

Please note that Comme des enfants cannot be held responsible for packages that are late, lost or damaged by transporters and that customs duties and other taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Some items have non-standard dimensions and may require additional shipping charges. If needed, we will contact you after your purchase to inform you.

Return policy

It will be our pleasure to accept returns for regular priced items within 14 days following the reception of your package. Upon reception of the item in perfect condition, we will offer an exchange or credit note that can be used online or in-store.

Here are the steps to follow:

1- Contact us by email at info@commedesenfants.com to check if the item can be returned

2- Once confirmation has been obtained, the item(s) may be returned in their original condition, including labels and original packaging, at the sender's expense by mail or in-store.

3- A store credit in the form of a gift certificate with no expiry date - to be used online or in the shop - will be sent to you by email as soon as we receive the returned items that have met these conditions.


Please note that items on sale, swimwear, underwear and second-hand clothes are final sales and that shipping fees, customs and all taxes outside Canada are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
